๐Ÿงช How to Install macOS 26 Tahoe Beta (Developer or Public)

If you’re excited to try macOS 26 Tahoe ahead of its official release, Apple offers both a Developer Beta and a Public Beta via its Beta Software Program. Follow this step-by-step guide to get started.


⚠️ Before You Begin

  • Check Compatibility: macOS 26 supports Macs with Apple Silicon (M1, M2, M3) and select Intel Macs (typically 2020 or later).
  • Back Up Your Mac: Use Time Machine or your preferred backup method before installing any beta software.
  • Expect Bugs: Betas are not fully stable. Install on a secondary Mac if possible.
