Ra1nUSB ? Checkra1n?

Don't get confused, Ra1nUSB is a bootable macOS image with enough MacOs to run checkra1n in MacOs installation menu. Ra1nUSB allows you to use Checkra1n on your windows PC/ Laptop without installing MacOs or Linux.

Compatible with your system? It is compatible with every system which supports Hackintosh.

So lets get started with the process!

Steps:

• First of all download the required files:

Ra1nUSB_AMD / Ra1nUSB_INTEL | Balena Etcher & TransMac

• Download Checkra1n v0.12.4 Contents folder: DOWNLOAD

• Now follow the steps in the video to move the checkra1n dmg file into the ra1nusb.
• Download TrashReg (If your TransMac free trial has expired) : DOWNLOAD
• Now create a bootable flash-drive using Balena Etcher.
• Windows might prompt you to format the drive, but don't. It is just because now the flashdrive is in the format which is not recognised by windows.

• Now restart your laptop and boot into the Flashdrive.
• Select Ra1nUSB from the drives.
• Once the verbose boot finishes, click anywhere to make the top bar visible.
• Click on utilities.
• click on terminal.

• Now type 6 to launch checkra1n gui.
• if you want to exit, click on the Apple logo located at the top left corner.
• Then click restart.
• Done!

VIEUX

VIEUX? DOWNGRADE YOUR DEVICES TO UNSIGNED IOS VERSIONS WITHOUT SHSH BLOBS!

VIEUX allows you to install the unsigned iOS versions on the devices compatible with Vieux using OTA blobs. After you have downloaded the files, the process will only take 4-5 minutes to complete.

SO LETS START:

• First of all download the vieux file by CLICKING HERE.
• Now drag the vieux folder on terminal.
• After that open terminal, and paste this command to install dependencies:

pip3 install -r requirements.txt

• After that paste this command to check the compatible devices: ./vieux -l
• If your device is compatible then go to ipsw.me and download the ipsw file from there!
• Now connect your device.
• 32-bit device needs to be connected in Normal Mode.
• 64-bit device needs to be connected in DFU Mode.
  
• Now paste this command to start the flashing process: ./vieux -i (drag the Ipsw file)
• After that leave your device connected for 5-6 minutes and after that your device will turn on in your chosen iOS Version.

Some Important Things:

• It only supports MacOs and Hackntosh.
• It Only Supports Macos 10.14.x or higher.
• Make sure you have set up your mac for ssh: READ NOW.
• ALL OF YOUR DATA WILL BE ERASED! DO TAKE A BACKUP.

Downgrade Update using iTunes

iTunes has many features, one of them is that you can use it to restore or update your device.

Restore: It completely wipes the data and your device turn on as new.

Update: It updates your device to the version chosen by you.

It can be used to both downgrade or update your device. But keep in mind, it only works for the signed versions!

So lets get started with the process:

• If you dont have iTunes then download it from the Windows Software page.
• After that, install it on your Windows Laptop/PC. (It is already installed in Mac/Macbooks)
• Download the IPSW file from ipsw.me .
• After that connect your device to the computer and open iTunes.
• Click on the iPhone icon in iTunes.
• Now select the IPSW file you downloaded.
• On Mac: Press and Hold OPTION key and click on Update.
• On Windows: Press and Hold OPTION key and click on Update.
• Then select the IPSW file you downloaded by navigating to the downloads folder.
• Now leave your device connected and wait for your device to turn on.
• IMPORTANT: you need to be connected to the internet.
